ENRIQUE ZAMBRANO BENÍTEZ

Has served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Proeza, S.A. de C.V., a diversified international company that has operations primarily in the automotive and agro industries, since 1988.
 
Mr. Zambrano has served as a Director of Xignux, a Mexican private industrial conglomerate and Frisa, a manufacturing industry.
 
He is also a Director of ITESM, the largest private University in Mexico.
 
Also a Regional Director of Banco de México and Banco Ve Por Más.
 
Honorary Consul of Denmark for northeast region of Mexico.
 
Mr. Zambrano earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Eng. from MIT.
